Here is an exclusive interview with Alexis Kratko – CEO of Snovio ICO.

Q: Tell us more about Snovio team! Do they all have background of crypto?
Not of us have a crypto background, most of the developers do, but we are mostly from the internet business and grow our business. Blockchain and token just help to change our business and make us more competitive.
Q: What inspired you to do an ICO? ICO helps to transform the existing growing business the new decentralized model?
Blockchain technology will help us to provide transparency for both data suppliers and data consumers, and provide guarantee that we the data will be used the exact numer of time. No less, no more. Tokens reduce the costs of doing business
Q: How did the idea of Snovio ICO come about? Is this something you were doing before?
We discovered that some customers are ready to share their data. So we decided to make it the corner stone of the new business, and give them money for that. And the best way for it is blockchain.
Q: What is the cap for your ICO and how did you come to chose that number? What do you think of unlimited ICO’s? How much money is too much money to be raised in an ICO?
Unlimited ICO is a rediculous thing and it should not exist. The business must understand his immediate, short term and long term needs. We are planning to rise up to $15 mln. The funds will be spend on the marketing and development, and the large portion for hiring new data suppliers. becase data suppliers are very important to have fresh database of contacts and the further sales growth.
Q: If you successfully crowd sell with your ICO, where will your company be based?
We are alread based on Malta and Ukraine
Q: To what level of scrutiny do you feel ICO’s should be held to?
Depending on the contribution level. if you plan to spend $100 it does not make sense to make a serious research. But it makes sense when you invest $100k or even more
Q: Do you have a background in conducting due diligence on crowdfunded projects?
Yes I do small investments myself as well
Q: In addition to cybersecurity, what do you feel must be understood when performing due diligence on cryptoprojects?
Like in the VC investing, the most important questions are team, execution and the market size. For ICO where most of the projects are on the idea stage, it’s also the possibility to implement the project.
Q: What is your “bird’s eye view” of the blockchain industry as a whole. From what you’ve seen, what aspects of token crowdsales could be improved?
Blockchain is really very important technology and it can change the world in many aspect. I believe in the big future of blockchain. Btw, now we see lots of attempts to embedd blockchain into the non-relevant things just in order to attract potentiail investors. Because it’s kind of hype here.
Q: You’re clearly very passionate about the crypto space! Which projects are the most exciting to you?
I follow some projects. I’m very excited of Cindicator, Universa, KICKICO
Q: What kind of blockchain projects would you like to see in the future?
The projects which may not exist without the blockchain. And I’m confident that in our project – Snovio – blockchain is the cornerstone becuase it transforms the project to the decentralized way. And both our customers, and our data suppliers will benefit from it.
Q: What current proof of concepts has Snovio ICO completed? What projects are in the pipeline?
Snovio is a working business. ICO will help us to make it even better and more competitive.
Q: What’s in the future for Snovio ICO?
We plan to attract tens of thousands of data suppliers. They help us to create a fresh database of contacts. This way we have the really competitive advantage with the fresh and constantly updated data. it’s very important for our customers.
Q: Have you talked with any exchanges about their interested in enabling trading of your Snovio ICO tokens?
We started talking, but it’s actually too early because our ICO is even not started.
